About the conference
The post-pandemic years brought the worst economic meltdown across the globe, felt most in developing nations, and Sri Lanka has been enduring an immense economic crisis that demands immediate recovery with sustainable solutions. The Faculty of Management and Commerce held its 11th Annual International Research Conference on this theme, in the belief that innovation in business is the tool for the recovery of the economy. Held on 7 March 2023, in person and online.

Call for papers
Extended abstracts are welcome in 7 tracks, up to 500 words. Every paper is read by two reviewers who do not see the authors' names.
