The 4th Annual International Research Conference of the Faculty of Management and Commerce, held at South Eastern University of Sri Lanka, University Park, Oluvil on 18-19 November 2015: a platform for academics, researchers, industrial professionals and university students to present their experience, research findings and recent progress in their fields.

Call for papers
Extended abstracts are welcome in 6 tracks, up to 500 words. Every paper is read by two reviewers who do not see the authors' names.
- Business and Entrepreneurial Development

- Human Resource Development
- Accounting and Finance
- Technology Management
- Economics
Create an author account and upload the anonymised extended abstract.
Two reviewers score it; you receive their comments by e-mail.
Pay by bank transfer and upload the slip; the treasurer sends a receipt.
Present on the day; the proceedings are published with an ISBN.
